    [Misc] Bizhub c5500 controller disabled

    Hi All,

I have Konica Minolta Bizhub c5500 which came with a stand-alone controller. The controller is booting up fine and it had Windows Server 2003 installed on it.

According to the customer, the controller was working fine when they first booted it up. But now the controller is coming up as disabled on the screen.

IS there anyway I can re-install the fiery toolbar or probably setup a CREO print controller on this server? If so, can somebody please point me in the direction where I can get the ISO images for the OS.

Thanks in advance for your help.

is there a FACI kit or can you log into it via browser or RDC?
if you can RDC you may see what issues windows has with fiery.exe
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      Hello Synthohol,
I was able to connect a display and log on to Windows. The Fiery toolbar is not available. The Fiery service is also not available.
Is it possible to probably install the Creo Controller to get the machine running? Or a possibility of doing a direct installation of the Fiery System software? Where can I get the ISO images to do that?
      Thanks for your help!
