ID toner once out of box

Just found a toner at a customers site out of box
looks to be the same type as a 364 or 368.

short of trying and see if it fits i cant see any other way of figuring out the type of toner. is there no way to know without trying?

          I never noticed that.

Does this mean the days of customer taking toner out and shaking it to print bit more are over?

Nope but it will not reset the level indicator before it gets the new bottle.
In my experience its all the chip does, even glued chips to bottles before to convert....
