C3350 instal proper imaging unit

Hi all
Got a C3350 that keeps showing " INSTAL PROPER IMAGING UNIT".
Have replaced with a brand new K unit but still wont clear the error.
Anyone had this?

Not on that model, unless you changed the chip.
The C35 use to be random like a cyan toner...
Color chip? You mean you found it like that?

If it's not a bad chip on the image unit, the next possibility is bent or dirty pins on the chip contacts in the machine itself.
