One of my techs has a di3510 in the field with no response when turned on. I haven't been out to look at it yet, but here's the story I've gotten so far. He tells me the operation switch is on, in addition to the main switch. The only operational item is the main ventilation fan on the lower right in the rear. He's swapped out the power supply PWB-A and the control panel with no change in the symptom. I recommended checking the "memory" card on the side of the scanner and unplugging the fuser to check for an AC short. Anyone seen this before?

I have seen it, and dealt with it, but it is hard to remember what I did. Based on what you are saying has been done, it makes me think MFB3 and or rewrite the card. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen Hawking -
I was thinking the card possibly needed rewriting too. I put all the components from the field machine in the machine they were pulled from and they all check out. I'll have to grab a card and rewrite it for tomorrow.
