the machine stays loading the system but it does not start at all ... in the model 284 with the recovery data I can recover it and start it. It is as if I had lost all the values and could not start. If you could help me with the recovery process I would appreciate it

I'm not sure what you mean by "recovery data" do you mean firmware?
