Pull out the one of the image units and gently pull the toner roller away from the drum.
There you will find an in your case a massive buildup of toner on top of the doctor blade.
Take is outside and blow it out with a blower brush or syringe bulb.
It my experience you will ultimately need to replace the units.

Have they been reset? Or rather more than once?
      Using original toner?
      Whatever

Done that but no build up of toner, cleaned anyway. Still the same

        Thinking belt?

            Re: Bizhub C35 print problem

I have this few times on c25 and c35.
Always was problem temperature difference in room and toner and developer inside IU get moisture, this only happened in winter and autumn rainy days, never during summer.
1 machine was in room where over night temperature goes under 0 celsius and you can imagine what is scenario when they turn on machine on the morning and fuser get at almost 200 celsius in a minute.
Partly solved by not turning off machine during night and replacing imaging units.
