    Parts went wrong before lifetime

    Hi,

We have many Bizhub 308e-s the fuser went wrong at 100.000 copies instead of 600.000. It is very annoying with a new MFP.
Do you have a similar experience?

We have had more squeaks than anything. But KonicaMinolta does warranty these. Get your authorized tech!

Yes I warrantied one recently. It had only done 12 % of it's life so, we got a 50 % discount on the replacement. Great warranty!!!

If the problem is noises, you can stop the polygon motor, fuser and fans from turning during standby, by enabling silent mode with dipswitches 37 and 38.
          2.10.21 DipSW No.37, 38
          Function
          • Silent mode choice
          Use
          • It switches the drive for the polygon motor, fusing, and fan during standby.
          Setting value
          SW No.
          37 38
          OFF OFF Normal mode (Default)
ON OFF Silent mode Level 1 (Advance polygon rotation is not energized)
OFF ON Silent mode Level 2 (Advance polygon rotation is not energized. Fusing and fan don't rotate during
          standby)
          ON ON Normal mode
