[Misc] C554e Firmware Issues

Apologies, have a second post with imaging issues but thought better to do this on another post (not to confuse issues). Have an issue with c554e going to sleep and refusing to wake without a power off/on. Have checked the power save settings, have switched off the weekly schedule but still no difference. Below is screen shot of settings. Have also included details of the current firmware, is this the most up to date? If not, any resource for getting the latest firmware?

when you say you've "checked the power save settings", have you set them to the following, "Enter power save mode" set as "NORMAL". "power consumption in sleep mode" set to "DISABLED", there was a bulletin about this a coupe of years ago .

Hadn't seen any bulletin on this...have updated settings and will see how if that makes a difference :-)

Any idea on the firmware? Saw something about an issue with SSD firmware!

As far as I'm aware, SSD is updated now with the mass production FW, bulletin number TNGB1400318EN ,
this is the bulletin number TAGB1400537EN for the machine not waking up
