i have one c224 Funtion version 9 when i on the copytrack , but when you send print cant print out . any issue or solution ?

Check the print log. Does it say "error deletion"?
Are you using account track or user authentication?
If you use verify on the driver does that work?
Switching of SNMP helps?Whatever -

in the properties of the printer, check the box for driver popup so you can type in the account code/auth info so it will print.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

read the PDF for that firmware, sometimes they suggest new print drivers however will it print if you enter the acct track password?
its under the basic tab for auth/acct track
or under settings tab, authentication you can have it popup a box for the password every print.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
