network stting does not show in administrator seeting

i was using bizhub 600 as a printer but after turning off dhcp the network setting does not show any more so i cant connect to it from pc.

Any message on the panel that shows something like ARP request?
Unplug the LAN cable and give the machine a good 10 to 20 min after restart to see if you can access it.
Could be that a network speed selection issue.

print the config page?
- Press the Utility/Counter button.
- On the touch screen, select User Setting.
- Select Printer Setting.
- Select Print Reports.
- Select Configuration Page.
- Select the paper tray to print from (if prompted).
- Press the Start button.
