Getting error code sc32-10 any solutions???

The blowout of a fuse for the transfer/separation suction fan (FM4) in the printer control board (PRCB) is checked. An abnormal condition occurs with the FM4 EM signal a specified period of time after FM4 is turned ON. This abnormal condition recurs even a specified period of time after FM4 is turned OFF and then turned ON, and an error detection signal (blowout of a fuse) is detected with the 24V normal.

I think the problem is with the prcb. This not an unusual error. The PRCB can be fixed.

It could be the fan has failed. Test the fan from service mode using Multimode code 42-23.

There is also a fan located right next to it that is the same part number. You could try switching the two fans and see if the code changes. If the code changes, it would be a SC52-04. Then you would know it is the fan for sure. If the code stays the same, then it would be the PRCB or an ICP on the PRCB.

print control board (PRCB: 56UA-902)
ICP21 and check it, probably is blown out.
