    [Misc] C280 not scanning and making lines on copy/print

    Hi

    1. Used to always scan via SMB on the network , all PCs would work fine until a recent update from Microsoft , tried everything , could it be a machine firmware issue ? Could someone maybe assist me with that please ?

    2. Attached is the file of the lines the machine is making when copying or printing, could someone help me identify the issue ?

    3. Could someone assist me with resetting the drum ? , they seem to be still fine
