Bizhub c552 yellow steaks on half of paper and discolored paper.

My Bizhub c552 has started printing a faint yellow line in the print direction it is also discoloring the paper almost has if its getting to hot.
The yellow line goes outside of the normal print area from end to end of paper. The really odd thing is if i print on card stock it doesn't do it. So I set the printer to thick 1 but loaded plain paper to see what it would do and it printed fine without a line and did't change the paper color. I have changed my yellow toner, cleaned all loose toner out of the printer with a vac and checked the Yellow IU and it seems to be ok I can print a 100% yellow paper and it looks fine. It almost seems to me that maybe the fussier is getting to hot. I have attache a pic of paper printed with regular plain paper setting and one with setting changed to thick 1 put plain paper loaded ignore the green line down the side that was supposed to be printed. Any Ideas.
    Thanks in advance.

Any Ideas anybody I don't understand why it does it on plane paper but not card stock. Since I posted I have replaced the transfer belt and took the yellow IU apart and cleaned the transfer roller and wiper blade but I get the same results. I can print on regular paper and set the driver to thick 1 and it works great but in doing so I can no longer staple or fold because the driver will not allow it with thick 1 selected as paper type.

Printer uses toner cartridges and separate imaging units per color and I have tried another toner cartridge and printer prints a perfect 100% yellow page.

                Meter count on the machine?
                IU's been reset?

Could be time for IU's and fuser.
                Whatever

I can't get much from the phone screen. I'll check back tonight when I'm at the PC. =^..^=

The flaws I see are in black, especially on the composite black gradations. Can you point out this yellow line?
