    My Fiery server Power Supply has died, can I print directly to KM C5501?

    Hi Guys
    Looks like the My Fiery server Power Supply has died, can I print directly to KM C5501?

    Does anyone have any instructions on how to print direct. New power supply wont arrive for 4 days

    nope, no print controller built in.
    temporarily you can use a 300+ watt regular PSU and just support it somehow.
    i turned a fiery into a win 8 server with one.
    pics in a minute...

      Looks like one of the PC's in the office is loosing a PSU

        id send you a PSU, i have a spare i took out of the one in the pic.

            also (sorry) make sure the PSU has a 24 pin AND an 8 pin main power connectors.
            if no 8 pin you can get a molex to 8 pin adapter.

              Synthohol am I correct in thinking you have transferred all the components from the old case in to a new custom/bigger case?

                well yeah, for personal use
                it has 6 sata ports so why not.
                i took out the EFI daughterboard and video and installed a Ti550 or something.
                i use it as a file and minecraft server. only 4G ram though.
                it is a TYAN server/workstation board. good hardware with a good PSU
                i threw it together in an hour.
                gonna watercool it next. wont let me overclock it so i already have 3 watercooled PCs so 4 sounds better
