    Minolta magicolor 5670 copy quality

First time I see this printer. I have the manual.
Black copy was completely washed out. I was able to bring the black to "normal" as you can see in attachment 1.
I decided to take the transfer unit check it, and check the AIDC sensor.
After I put everything back I'm getting half the page, the rear half "brushed" fuzzy, the front side is fine see attachment 2.
Couldn't find anything wrong with the transfer belt, cleaning unit or AIDC unit.
The image is distorted before the fuser, I can see it on the transfer belt.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

is the fuser roller pressure even?
almost looks wet the way the logo is drooling
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      Looks like the fuser..

      genuine toner?

are paper trays set for proper weight?

are you sure you got the belt in right?

did you clean the belt and belt cleaner?

      paper scrap in paper path?

Sorry, forgot to mention that the image is the same before reaching the fuser, I can see it on the transfer belt.
The manual suggest the fuser too.

Looks like there is something rubbing the transfer belt. Maybe a mylar flipped the wrong way, a piece of paper in the wrong place etc

I took it out several times, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
What strange is that it is exactly half a page.

might be a piece of paper inside the machine youre not seeing.

but cleaning blade, or mylar but definately something is wrong check your developer units, make sure the mylar are not bent. could be the last one in the path.

Frame of second page looking distorted. Did you try to print from different paper source?
