Re: FS 532 SD510
No jam code?
Does the machine display the same size that you're feeding?
Are the paper guides snug at the sides of the paper in the paper cassette?
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: FS 532 SD510
I'm going to make an exception here to demonstrate why I'd like to know a jam code. How many things do I know of that can cause a booklet jam in an SD-510?: twelve. What was the jam code again?:
Misfeed J7225 on booklets. Booklet maker exit sensor is accidentally unplugged while handling/servicing the booklet maker. Plug in the booklet maker exit sensor PS113, located in lower access door.
Misfeed J7248 on LTR-R booklets. Paper cuts are found in the stacker tray rear regulating plate. Smooth out paper cuts in the stacker tray rear regulating plate, or replace regulating plates (A4F4 7222 00, A4F4 7221 00) with 10mm x 24mm metal plate. Adjust the booklet paper tray guide centering 2.5mm to the rear. Perform tray size calibration. Enable curl downward on tray #1 or #2, or curl upward on tray #3, #4, or #5.
Misfeed J7248 on LTR-R booklets. Paper guides do not stay tightly up to the paper, allowing the paper to shift front crossfeed in the tray, and catching on the booklet maker shuffler guides. Middle front tray guide rod is gouged as a result of a heavy load of paper being slammed into the rear guide. Replace middle front tray guide rod (56UA41240) for machine trays. Different part for paper deck. Advise customer that it is preferable not to slam the paper trays.
Misfeed J7248 on LTR-R booklets. Tray #1 is set to Custom 8 0/16" x 10 9/16". When Standard Size Detection is enabled LTR-R is identified as B5. Set Tray #1 paper size to Standard Auto Detect. Perform tray size adjustment in Service Mode > 01 Machine Settings > 01 Tray Settings > 01 Adj Tray Size.
Misfeed J7248 on LTR-R booklets. Paper slips out of the grippers. Add self-adhesive rubber pads to grippers (A10D 4129 01).
Misfeed J7248 on LTR-R booklets. 1st knife mylars and guide sheet /4 are damaged during enduser jam removal. Replace 1st knife assy (A4F4 R70H 00), and guide sheet /4 (A4F4 7253 00). Be sure to remove any remnants of the previous mylars.
Misfeed J7248 on LGR booklets. Two binding staples are placed 5 9/16" from the leading edge. Unseen paper jam remains in the booklet maker. Remove LTR-R jam from booklet maker stacker tray.
Misfeed J7266 on LTR- R booklets. Excessive curl causes paper in the booklet maker to stack poorly, bunch up, and jam during set eject. Curl can be conpensated for in Tray Settings. Note: if output paper is curled upward: compensate with Correct Upward. if output paper is curled downward: select Correct Downward. Go to Machine > Tray Settings > select the desired paper tray > Change Set (middle section) > Curl Adjustment > Correct Upward (or Correct Downward, as desired) > OK > Close. In this case, with this paper, set trays #1 & #2 to Curl Upward.
Misfeed J7266, won't clear. LT-R booklet jammed in the booklet folder. Half of the booklet was shredded like confetti. The other half remained in the lower right access door. Enduser attempted jam removal. Disassembled booklet maker to remove confetti'd booklet. Enduser ran several hundred booklets afterwards.
Misfeed J7266 on LTR- R booklets. Tray #1 paper size is set to Custom 7 13/16" x 10 1/8". Set tray #1 paper paper size to Standard Auto Detect.
Misfeed J7266, won't clear. LT-R booklets jam at the folding knife. Microscopic knicks in saddle stitcher guide SD4. Remove guide SD4 to file smooth any rough spots.
Misfeed J7309, won't clear. FS-532. Jammed set remains in the saddle stitcher, difficult to see. Remove top cover to saddle stitcher to view paper jam. Or the jam may be accessible from saddle stitcher guide SD4.
