    error on 8 series when printing from Edge

    Trying to print the following page
    https://thewest.com.au/politics/budget/wa-budget-treasurer-ben-wyatt-defends-further-household-bill-hikes-as-lowest-in-decade-ng-b881194250z?utm_source=emarsys&utm_medium=email&ut m_campaign=PM+Daily+News+09.05.19

    On a C308 using latest PCL driver, also tried PS

    Get this error

    Tried on customer copier and PC and also in our workshop on a new C308 being runup.

    Only printing from Edge as "Clutter Free Printing" which strips out a lot of the ads when printing as this page on chrome would print 4 pages, but in Edge on Clutter Free its only 2 pages and almost no ads.

    Works fine on 4 series.

    Copier doesnt have any authentication/codes enabled so my only thought was to just install a C364 series driver

      What happens if you print from IE?

      Will it display a preview?

          Chrome/IE/Firefox all print document fine.

          Its just Edge that wont and thats only a problem due to the Clutter Free printing option being a favorite feature of Edge to the customer.

          The work around i guess would be to find a plugin for Chrome/Firefox that can replicate the Clutter Free feature that Edge has

          Also I just noticed in workshop that if i select the C308 in Edge and it displays that error (see previous screenshot) from that point on any printer I select also has that error and cant print even non Konica Minolta devices

          i should also add that it seems isolated to that News site. if i select Google and print its fineedge fails to print but google ok.JPG

              Could just need a update from MS or you could try another driver to seeing if a driver issue
              Most likely a MS edge issue

                  The medication helps though...

                      thanks, just tried it but it didnt help.

                      think im just going to install a adblocker for customer

                      thanks for ideas though, ive always hate Edge its a constant source of issues
