    sorry, that attachment is horrible.
please attach a full size sample.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Drum have contact with developing unit and transfer belt so did you check and replace something in TBU (belt,1st tr. rollers...) ?
Is the damage visible and always on Y drum?

6501 the corona height is adjustable IIRC, did anyone mess with the screw?
is it OEM toner and developer? maybe a bad bottle of toner that made little stones that scratch it?
how does the mag roller look?

If i see good you are using replacement drums, not complete OEM drum unit?
Have you replace only drum or drum and drum cleaning blade because it looks like cleaning blade damaging drum?
Can you wipe this yellow lines or its physical damage on drum surface?
I use only OEM DU-104 on this 5501/6501 and never have problems, they last for 200-300% over life without quality issue.

                            DU102 drums only.

                            do not use DU104.

make sure your removing the red screws from the drums when replacing.

what is meter/life of DV unit? DV?
