Noise when I enter the Service Mode

Hi, this is a curiosity that no one has been able to explain to me, until now.


When I enter the Service Mode, in some settings I feel a movement inside the machine.


The noise is similar to a "toc".


Has anyone ever figured out what it is?

I know exactly what you mean.

I believe it is the transfer IDC sensor shutter opening.

Yes. It is the IDC sensor shutter as copier tech mentioned. It does it when in "State Confirmation" "Level History"
