    [Misc] Custom Paper Size 12x12

    C368 Costume paper size 12x12,
    I have restaurant account that use a thick card 12x12 paper, is there any Engine FW Switch, for this? Or they can't use this kink of size.
    It jamming, after a 1st page.

      You should check product specification.
      Tray 2 and bypass are your options.

          I'm pretty sure the C368 can do 12" wide, you'll just have to set up a custom paper size. I'll check later on if the is a standard paper designation that you might select (if it appears on your list). =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              From the User Quick Start Guide, tray 2 will accept max paper size 12 1/4" x 18".
              Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

                  If custom size does not work from bypass, print on a standard 12" stock (probably 12x18) tell the customer that they need to take it to a print shop and have it cut for a few bucks (if a large run)

                      Since tray 2 can take 12 1/4 size width you should be able to program that size into the machine under "Custom Paper". Keep in mind that you must also tell the print driver that is is customer size paper and what size it is. Does take some playing around but it should do it.
