    They are OEM black drums with colour chip, the counter zeroed but not change the installation date,the colour does not register on test.The drum we replaced was a black drum with colour chip and that worked.We tried another drum in case the first was faulty,but that did the same.

    We have tried to colour chip a black drum for a c258 and no colour is trans ferred are we missing something.we did remove the block on the drum so it fitted.Thanks
