Try it Landscape instead of Portrait. Or change width with height and vice versa. It's not that hard like rocket science, it's simple printer driver, with some trials and errors you will make it. Check printer specs and make sure this size is within them.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. I tried it all. No success.
Seems to be a bug in the PS Driver with custom format.Comment

Re: bizhub PRESS 1052 print rotation problem
Specs say 324mm width x 463mm length ... so technically possible. What tray are you selecting? Can you program the tray as 320x240 instead of 240x320? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have we determined yet if the paper is accepted as 320x240 in the tray and will copy? If yes, then its a driver issue. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
