Re: we had a few jams then got this internatl Error message
Model? Did you reboot the machine?

Re: we had a few jams then got this internatl Error message
Do you want a guess? I suspect you've got a developer density issue. When you look at the error log you'll know which color to check. It's common to have the hopper bushings bind up. You'll hear that toner motor chattering. If you take the engine cover off you can watch which drive is chattering. Most of the time, just vacuuming out the hopper and cleaning the bushings on the hopper, will let the drive turn. the hopper will fill with toner and the developer will tone up immediately. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Better read your Manual.
Internal Error. Auto Cancel.
To set whether or not to automatically reset trouble when a trouble code classified as rank B or C occurs.
Default setting
Rank B: Yes
Rank C: Yes
Behavior
When this setting is set to "Yes," MFP operates as follows:
When specified trouble occurs, the trouble warning screen displays for about 10 seconds the message that the trouble is automatically reset. Then automatic trouble reset is performed.
If the trouble reset is successful, MFP can be used.
If the trouble reset fails, retry is performed. (The number of retries is up to 2 times.)
