    Movie file search

    Hello,

I often can't find the Movie file in the firmware section. For example, in the recent firmware of the bizhub C284e it says "download version 7 movie files" but I can't find it.

Every time I download the Movie file of the first firmware version. Can there be consequences? Do you have any tricks to track down the last movie file (I don't mean only for the c284e, but in general)?

    I use infohub europe
    Thanks a lot!

Movie file is pretty old from 2013. You have Revision of individual version in every FW doc file. Search for Movie file name, for this model it's:
    A5C10Y0-C000-G00-30
Search for this file, and voila.

I wouldn't even attempt FW update before reading this file.
Better lose 10 min than brick the machine

I always just do ctrl+f "movie" on the special f/w page. Pretty rare to find anything more than 2 versions of movie data for any model.

I always find the Movie file under "special firmware" almost at bottom of list.
