    Hi,

We have to replace a failed HDD on a C308, I understand we will have to reload the movie animation file however this machine also has the LK105v4 ocr licence, will this option have been lost? how do we reinstall this please?

Load the .tar file on a usb drive and load it under system 2 install data in service mode. Just like you're doing movie data, you can even have both files on the usb and it will know which one to pick. Go the konica site one stop product support and go under firmware go to the very bottom and you should see the files you need for the searchable pdf.

OK thanks, so basically all we need to do is install the dictionary firmware?
