error code C-C163 and C-C173
It needs to be updated

ya know, direct file requests i just respond with my usual.
now if asked to help diagnose it thats another story.
gotta be a back story like boards were swapped etc...
both codes have the nvram but one also has MFP and the other PRCB.
someone is playing PCB chess IMHO but all i read was wanting the FW, what they do with it is not my problem
if he gets a badge ill send the FW, if he asks for help we will help.
i think im being reasonable?

last month (june) konica declared that model obsolete and no longer supports it.
