    Missing OCR Dictionary Konica Minolta C364e

    Again, the machine really let me learnt a lot.
    Today I started the 3rd machine and I am greeted by the copier with this message "OCR Dictionary is missing Contact Tech Support" !

    Can someone please help me with the OCR File. Thank you.

      You need some options to have OCR, like i-option and memory module.
      Leave it as is, and start reading Service manual. This is not a chat.​

          What you are showing us means nothing...You would have to check your list of enabled licenses to determine if this is a problem brought on by the LK installed w/o OCR dictionary, or some other issue. E

              you can still put the pdf font and ocr even without those options.

                  Successful remove the error after check in lms.
                  Alert is removed after the deactivate the i-Option. Thank you all.

                      Can you please tell me how you deactivated the i-Option?
                      I have the same problem and also this " The PDF/A Font was not found.
