    [Jamming] ineo+458 jamming from bypass

    Hi

Does anybody print 300gr. heavy weight paper from bypass? My customers have always jams c458 (new maschine). Retry feed control is enabled by default with the firmware.
The paper is coated and i tryed different brands.

It works for 10-15 sheets after the roller starts and the paper stays. It cant loaded at the start. Does anybody know a modification for more friction?

The older series 454e have had the same problem.

You could download the media guide consumer. PDF from conicas website and outlines what papers are certified to work on the machine only one coded side paper has been approved and not 300gsm not every paper is going to work properly in the machine if it's not on the media guide published by Konica Minolta it's trial and error I would try to attach it here but the file is over two megabytes and I don't think it will upload (made file smaller)
Please excuse any grammatical errors as I'm using the speech to text function of my phone

[edit] i would use the 4 series specs in the meantime.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Thank you for your hint! i will try and give you feedback. But what i have seen on the last visit, the paper stays at place and the roller turns so maybe the separation roller is not involved.

i'm also prepared for a other test...

another possiblity would be my own converted roller, hp rubber vs km rubber
i'm wondering if they have more friction.
