[Jamming] C353 Feeding issue grabbing multiple pages at once in feeder.

Hi all,

We are having a issue with our Konica Minolta C353 when trying to send originals through the feeder to copy or fax, the feeder will grab multiple pages at once thinking it is one paper.

Any suggestions what I need to do to correct this issue?

What have you done so far? Did you at least replace the ADF rollers, especially the separation roller? or try moving the tension spring for sep roller, think there are 3 positions to try?

Woww so much information. Ever looked at counter tab? What is there? Also check consumables in Utility. What is there? Post your counters. We will see.

Have you at least cleaned the rollers?

try to replace the rubber separate pad.
