Bizhub c3850fs airprint button missing?

anyone know the trick to turn on airprint? I have upgraded to the latest firmware and it still does not show up.

CAUSE: Incorrect software switch settings

SOLUTION: Perform the following procedure:

1. Enter Service Mode
2. Select System 2
3. Select Software Switch Settings
4. Select Sw 13
5. Change setting to HEX 04, press OK and select Fix
6. Cycle the power on the machine and now the AirPrint button should be available to select

Yep been there done that. Still no AirPrint button.

Firmware 30G0-515 or later Dipswitch 168 needs to be set to Hex 00 to Enable AirPrint or Hex 08 to Disable AirPrint

Firmware 30G0-607 or later AirPrint should be enabled automatically.

so glad the C3350i doesnt have separate firmware files to load.
