    Black color problem

    Hi everyone
    Still I have a problem with konica C6500
    The black output is gray
    I have cleaned Dv and charged new Dv powder
    Toner density sensor int...
    Auto Gamma adjustment
    Printer offset gamma adjustment
    I/O check 54 09 is about 150
    Toner is in Dv
    But still not work, no error no signal

    Within Process Adjustment, run Recall Standard Data for Factory Default.


    Then perform developer change procedure as technical manual.


    But according to the first image, the machine is ok. The problem seems to be the IC. Your controller must be out of calibration, with a corrupted profile or some bad contact. Operating system may be corrupted and formatting required.

      I have runed factory reset, i will check calibration and color profile

        on the first pattern black is mint.
        IIRC what you circled is process/composite black.
        do the visual adjustments to adjust for composite gray.
        We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...
