[Error Code] New Konica minolta pro 1100 error C-0001

Hi All.

I installed a new pro 1100 with the following option: LU-412. The machine is giving me an error code C-0001. I did the firmware and checked all connections, but still gives the same code. Any ideas please?

try basic troubleshooting, disconnect all accessories and make a copy. then reattach 1 accessory at a time and try again.
thats some communication error like a connector is not in all the way or maybe pinched.
also refer to the accessory install guide in case there is a jumper somewhere that needs to be changed.
KM has a loopback jumper on some finishers and maybe on the prcb, i dont remember but at least narrow it down the part that is causing the communication error.

Will check installation manuals again and run through all option. Must be something I missed.
