Minolta Bizhub C500: developer unit problem

    Hello!

2 days ago on Minolta Bizhub C500 appears a magenta background.

i have another copier - CF5001, and i start to chnge spare parts and found a problem - it is a developer unit. when i set it on CF5001 problem starts on this copier.

i change sensor on dev. unit - no reaction.

then i seen a periodical banding on print - period is 45 mm. i take avay a dev. unit cover and i see a mag. roller in sleeve, diameter is about 14-15 mm - it is a period 45 mm on print.

i clean a sleeve of this roller, but it has no effect.

what can be damaged? roller inside sleeve?

I know, dev. unit is replaceble part and i already order it, but it will come in 2-3 weeks... so i can try to fix old unit.

this is a scan of A4 print:

    Thank you very much!

They are used units but in good working condition.

looks like your gonna need more than a dv unit. check your transfer belt and 2nd transfer roller for spots. on the transfer belt look outer and inner belt. are you testing all the colors? service mode, test mode, set to 53 and set the colors one at a time to 60 and the rest 0. do all the colors.
        yellow 0
        magenta 60
        cyan 0
        black 0

        an so on.
