    BizHub 958 Service Mode Password

    Hello,

    I am having trouble acessing Service Mode on a Konica 958. It seams that the gerneric passcode : 9272927292729272 has been reset by a pervious service provider. Is there a way to bypass the service mode login or to reset the passcode? Any direction is greatly appreciated.

      Try entering 92729272. Some people revert back to the previous series pw.
      If still no luck it has to be reset by a tech with konica access to the LMS server.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

              I've tried the 9272x2 approach. I've had trouble getting support from Konica Direct in the past. Do you have any recommendations as to how i should go about this?

                      He's not Phil but Synthohol.
                      Call KM and they will tell you what is necessary, they should supply you with reset code to input into machine. You need to be legitimate dealer and machine history clear, though.

                              id just call them and ask them to either tell you what the code is, come out and reset it for you or let them remote panel on and change it remotely
