    Konica Minolta Bizhub C250i Service mode (menu)

    Hi,

    Does anyone know the Service Code to get into Service Mode of newly released C250i which has no buttons and only touch display?

    It would be greatly appreciated.

      you don't have service manual?

          Yes, I am tech without access to KM infohub.

          I know SM access key combinations for many KM we have but here with the touch display i can not access it.

                      Still the same. The interface has changed with an overlay on top, but if you go to utility and under counter, pressing (using digital keypad) stop, 0, 0, stop, 0, 1.
                      You can change the screen back to how they used to look on the previous models.
