hold on my crystal ball is warming up......
there...
what size paper?
what feed direction?
what tray are you printing from?
are the paper guides on the tray tight to the paper?
what are the condition of the feed and image parts?
you really need to provide more info to us for us to lend aide ...
I'm sure the other guys/gals here will need other info too. -

i only see a slight skew in the test pattern, have you initialized and done the both sides adjust for the trapezoid effect?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

First you have to measure and adjust double side adjustment, mostly this happen in front side. If not solved, check the first feeding roller in right side of ADU, if the 2 roller pressure was not same, adjust pressure of rollers. Rollers pressure are changes when paper jamming in feeding roller.20191125_211322.jpgComment
