All color units installed less then 10k and 4 months ago. Customer says the tinting started soon after but only recently called. I suspect yellow is over toning.? Is there anyway to correct with out replacing?

if only 10% life they are covered under 100% warranty replacement.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

You could try running a background data reset and stabilize under stabilizer and then do your gradationsWe know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Just what client says is not relevant and not enough. You should go there and check by yourself. I can't count how many times they(endusers) were misleading me by the problem description.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds.
