    Fiery IC414 on Konica Minolta Bizhub c224e

    Hi,
    we installed a Fiery IC414 on KM c224e machine, but there is no Image Controller Settings in the service mode configuration. It seems that the printer does not recognize. Please Help me.

      The Fiery controller isn't compatible with the C224e, only C284e and above.

              Thank you for your feedback. We are waiting for another machine to come KM c754e in this were going to remove from c224e to install on c754e.
