Bizhub pro c500 Error:51

Hello!

Error 51 (Regression calculation abnormality) appears when i trying to do calibration of printer gamma.

in manual any information.

Drums and Dev's replaced, Auto gamma adj = Ok, try to reset data - no effect.

i can't get solid colours (espessially red and magenta)

need some help. :-(

swap a write unit yello for example for magenta make your settings for the write unit see data on the unit and check your manual write unit gets dirty in side kmcopier
