    BizHub Pro 1100 B/W Intermediately doesn't fold 11x17 properly 100% of the time

    Issue from day 1 of use. see attachment. Before I blame paper, has any seen this? Any suggestions?

              This is in heater exit section ,your problem seems in exit section of heater check front side small rollers ,also check movement of black strip in exit section before copy reversal we are using paper upto 45 gsm

                  Were the calibrations done on the finisher and booklet maker? I suspect not. Look at the setup instructions. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
