    Movie Data File 284e

    Hi,


    Would anyone be kind enough to supply me with the movie data file for c284e please. Our machine is currently displaying the "no animation guide available message" after the HDD was reformatted.

    I will pay of course.

      Ignore the first PM I thought it was a non e.

      2nd PM has the one you want.

      You are a contributor so I don't mind helping.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

              Hi Again,

              That didn't work. I tried both files. Would there be a difference in software between Konica C284e and Develop 284e. I was under the impression they were the same just different name brand.

              Anyway we have the Develop 284e if you can help please.

                  how did you try?
                  can you tell me the steps you took?


                  you run the file i linked, it makes a .tar file, dont extract that. put it in the root of the flash drive.
                  go to "install data" in service mode, plug in the usb in the front panel USB and hit set then start.

                  what machine? you keep changing it, a color 284 is different than a b&w 284
                  is it color or not?

                  what are the first 6 digits for your main FW?
                  We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                  The medication helps though...

                      Panic over! I am using a mac so did what you said on a pc and everything works fine.
