    cs6500

I have a machine giving a 2213 code which is for the cyan drum. The blade does not flip and it can be reset. It is most noticable when running 12x18 heavy stock duplex. I have changed the drum drive motor and the printer control bd. I'm going to change the whole drum drive unit for the cyan drum next. Has anybody had this problem before?

I suggest you do the (t/f) belt line speed before you start. If the problem persists swap the yellow drum shaft assy. I have had this but it was quite sporatic and ended up being the printer control board (upper right back of the machine)

Check your firmware version as well. There was a special release, 30-GCA, that allows you to change several dipswitches to alter the drum speed.
