Hi, start a load check, don't do it manually.
I think it's 60 - 81 If you hear noise, stop and locate the stuck paperclip. If so, make sure that the sensor is not dirty and that the cleaning roller belt has not jumped.

Yeah, you can get the code if it's out of time. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

so it slightly uneven width on the entrance of paper path.
        this condition will cause code?

I would guess that could be the reason the belt would have jumped.
          Whatever

Check for cleaning motor broken mounts. Believe it or not there is FW update dealing with this issue. Not after it happened anyway.

              Thank you for your prompt.
I'm waiting for the jam release lock lever, I will check them also after the replacement.

That condition will certainly throw the code because when the jam release door is not closed properly the brush rotation movement is "locked" until it is closed properly.

Replacing the back side lock lever should solve your issue.
