[Jamming] Bizhub C308 Internal finisher problem

I went to a chargeable call out on one of these machines today which is not stapling pages correctly. What is actually happening is when it gets to 9 or 10 pages it starts to push the printed pages too far out and then it misses these pages when stapling them or if you ask for it to print and staple 25 pages, it does the first 8/9 pages perfectly then the following pages just get pushed out to far and it ends up it a mess of paper in the exit tray, first 8 pages stapled the rest all over the place. I took the unit out took the covers off, cleaned and scrubbed everything I could see, put it back and its exactly the same. If you print a 5-8 page document it prints and staples it perfectly!!

problem with the transport and exit rubber rollers, clean them well with a cloth with degreaser or if smooth replace them
