    Konica C6500 Very Strange Error

I am getting a 2813 error on my Konica c6500

My main concern is that its related to the 2811 board code, as my common solution PDF doesn't show me any fixes or even that code!

please help me, I am at wits end.

      code

the same code may apear if you deleted counter life of the drum(s), or the drums are very old.
Try to perform drum potential adjustment.
if don't work change the drum(s)
or realy drum potential sensor are broken (1% prob)
