    General fax question

It has never come up so I am not sure. I have a building in which all of the phone jacks are for the multi party type phones that are used in an office. I do not have a dedicated fax line. Is there a converter or a special adapter or setting in the controls that I can use with a bizhub 250, so the fax can be used?

In this situation the customer needs to run a separate dedicated analog phone line, unless you want to VOIP which can be unreliable. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

just remember that all KM faxes are analog. digital phone networks will not work with them, they require seperate analog lines.
