[Error Code] C6501 throwing C4101

Hello to all

I have a C6501 that shows C4101.

At first it showed C4104. I took out PH unit K , cleaned it very carefully ,lubricated polygon motor , put all together again .
Machine started and showed C4101 (PH unit Y).
After that I cleaned all PH units, I also changed the fans on the backside of the laser to see if its a "phantom code"
I also switched lasers C-Y and still nothing

Any ideas?

Check ICP5 on the PRCB. If open verify the operation of M43. If needed replace M43.

I check all ICP , they're all ok. Also M43 chacnged. Same problem
