              The optional Upgrade Kit UK-204 and i-Option LK-101 v3 are required to use the Web browser function on this machine, do you have them?
              As for AirPrint you need as minimum firmware G20-J6 which is rather old and many newer versions are available.

                  Browser requires additional hardware, as tsbservice indicated. Firmware that supports airprint is quite old, so I'd hope that your copier already is capable, but just needs to be enabled. It is disabled by default. Check out this YouTube video and it will show you how to enable it.
