Which image units did you replace? Did you perform the calibrations at each replacement? Try to print from PC only in B / W

sounds like you rushed in your troubleshooting process. image problems CAN be some of the easiest fixes there are.

Backgrond when copy or print or both?
          Backgrond on color or B&W?
          Backgrond has developer or not?
          What's the color of backgrond?

From your small picture and incoherently description it's hard to help you.
