Antone, there are some great techs here but don't know of any mind readers??? If I could read your mind for the model number we would definitely try and help. Actually if I could read minds I would be at the casino making $$$
I'm sure it was an oversight, post the model # if you still need help.
As it has 4 trays my educated guess would be it's from bizhub A3 model line.
If machine has high mileage check registration roller bushings for wear and tear. If new install I would suspect some chassis bending but really that is some sci-fi chanting...

Swap paper trays for test. There is also additional mylar added to the rear end of existing one (p/n: 4348311712) to prevent paper skew and dog ears.

What solved this problem in the 4 models, was to take out the registration roller unit and to clean all four bushings of those rollers. Something held them up and only tray one would skew. Hope this helps.
